Minimum weekend booking is for 2 nights Dinner, Bed and Breakfast
Single night "B&B only" bookings are generally not accepted at weekends.

All rooms are double or twin with en-suite shower or bathroom.

The entire guest house is non-smoking.

Prices quoted include full English breakfast.

A deposit of £25 per person is required. Once accepted,
a booking is a legal commitment and in the event of
a cancellation, where it proves not possible to re-let the room/s,
guests will forfeit the deposit and may also be liable for
the whole amount of the reservation. In order to cover this,
the taking out of travel insurance is recommended.
